Purpose
Magnetic ‘V’ block is basically a clamping device. Hence it used in a Standard Room Tool Room and Shop Floor also. It is used for Drilling, Grinding Light Milling operations. Its consist Three magnetic Surface Top, bottom with 90 degree angle and end surface opposite from switch. Magnetic surfaces are activated by mechanical ON-OFF switch. The main ‘V’ angle and bottom surface are provided with hardened steel plates, that ensures extra wear resistance. The accuracy of flatness and parallelism and squareness is within 5 microns for 4” & 6”, as well as 10 microns for 8” ‘V’ blocks.

It consist powerful Nd Fe B grade magnet, High permeability low carbon steel, Aluminium etc.
